Full job description

AI Vibe Marketer

Location: Dublin (Hybrid/Remote) | Job Type: Full-Time

The Role

You know marketing. You also know that the way marketing gets done is changing completely and you want to be the person doing it the new way, not watching from the sidelines.

Were looking for someone whos already using AI daily to produce real work. Not experimenting. Not interested in AI. Already building workflows, agents, systems and tools either at work or personally or both.

This is a small marketing team with a very large remit. 11 physical gaming venues across Ireland and Northern Ireland, an online casino brand operating in multiple markets, a loyalty programme, and a growing set of customer touchpoints all of it needing marketing that actually gets built, not just planned. The person we hire will work across all of it.

This role gives you something most marketing jobs dont: full access to professional AI tools (Claude Code, MCP integrations, API access to core work systems) and a company where leadership already uses these tools daily. You wont be evangelising. You wont be proving the concept. Youll be the person who takes that access and turns it into marketing that works campaigns, journeys, automations, analysis, assets, tools. The question isnt whether you have permission to build. Its whether you know how.

Were hiring multiple people across this (and other) functions. If youre earlier in your career but youve built real things talk to us. If youre senior and want to lead this capability talk to us. The title and compensation match what you bring.

What the Work Looks Like

You wont have one lane. Youll move across the full marketing spectrum, often in the same week sometimes in the same day. The role requires someone who can think strategically and then actually implement what they just thought of.

That includes:

  • Pulling campaign performance data, calculating the metrics that matter (not the ones that look good), and deciding what to do next then doing it
  • Designing multi-step customer journeys: welcome sequences, retention loops, win-back campaigns, cross-channel flows with real segmentation and branching logic, not just send 3 emails
  • Producing finished deliverables across channels: an email thats ready to send, an SMS thats ready to go, a screen layout, a brief a venue manager can actually execute
  • Building and running CRM campaigns lifecycle automation, promotional calendars, segment-specific targeting
  • Working directly with venue managers across 9 clubs to coordinate local execution: events, in-venue promotions, seasonal campaigns
  • Connecting online and offline customer behaviour our retail and online brands share customers, and the marketing should reflect that
  • Improving organic visibility (SEO for online, local SEO for retail venues)
  • Building automations and internal tools that make recurring work faster or unnecessary
  • Competitive and market intelligence knowing what the landscape looks like and where to push

This list isnt a boundary. These are examples of where the work starts. Youll find more the venues, the data, the customer base, the systems are all there. What you build with them is the job.

    What Makes This Role Different

Most marketing roles give you either autonomy or tools rarely both. This one gives you both, plus a business with enough complexity (physical venues + online, multiple brands, real customer data) that the problems are genuinely interesting.

But access to tools is table stakes. What we actually need is someone who:

    About You

  • You use Claude Code / CoWork (or similar), not just the chat interface
  • You have opinions about which model to use for what
  • You know what MCP servers and skills are
  • Youve managed your own API keys
  • You have a lot of .md files

You dont need all of this. But you should be nodding at most of it.

    What Were Looking For

  • Already building with AI Youve built workflows, chained tools together, and produced professional-quality output. Show us.
  • Marketing fundamentals You understand what makes a good campaign, not just how to generate one. You can read data, critique your own output, and know when AI-generated work needs a human touch.
  • Speed, volume, and taste Youre comfortable producing a high volume of finished work across multiple channels and formats. And your output looks good presentation, copy quality, and attention to detail matter.
  • Self-starter You see what needs doing and do it. You dont wait for a brief for everything.
  • You have opinions You can look at a piece of marketing and say whats working, whats not, and why.

Industry experience is not required well give you the context. What matters is what you can build.

    What We Dont Need

  • Someone who talks about AI strategy but hasnt built anything that runs
  • Prompt engineering as an identity we need people who build systems, not people who write better sentences into a chat box
  • Someone who needs a brief before they can start anything
  • Someone who uses one model for everything

    Who We Are

Coastline Gaming is one of Irelands most established gaming and entertainment operators, with nine venues nationwide and a growing online presence. For over 40 years, weve been creating spaces where people come to enjoy themselves not a startup looking for product-market fit that might not be around tomorrow. We sit at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds, which is a great place to leverage AI without being disrupted by it.

Were already AI-forward internally everyone up to Senior Management and Director level uses Claude Code or Cowork daily for real work. You wont be evangelising. Youll be building.

    What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience, capability and skills
  • Hybrid or remote working Dublin based
  • Investment and support well invest in the tools you need

It is essential that you also send a link to show us something you built with AI along with your application. It can be a system, a workflow, a tool or anything you built that demonstrates what you can do. A link, a short video demo, a repo, a write-up or presentation. Personal or work project.
