Are you a recent graduate looking for a career where no two days are the same? Want to build real expertise while helping people through challenging situations?

Our Graduate Loss Adjuster Programme is designed to give you everything you need to become a confident, skilled casualty or liability adjuster.

• We’ll support you to achieve your APA insurance qualification (January 2027 sitting)

What the role involves

As a Graduate Loss Adjuster, you will:

• Support the management of casualty and liability claims from start to finish
• Work with customers, insurers and third parties to investigate claims
• Gather and assess information to understand what happened and what is covered
• Help agree fair settlements
• Keep accurate records and prepare reports
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Learn how to manage your own caseload over time

You’ll split your time between field visits (homes or business premises) and office-based work , developing both technical and people skills.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Business, Construction or Criminology
• Full clean driving licence (essential for site visits)
• Willingness to travel across Ireland when required
