Full job description

Our Hse client in Loughrea is looking for Multi-task attendants. Successful candidates will be paid according to the HSE pay scale, based on relevant experience.

Position Details:

  • Location: Loughrea
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Pay: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene throughout the care centre.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties including:
  • Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
  • Sanitising bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, and waste disposal areas
  • Washing kitchenware and appliances
  • Manage domestic and hazardous waste in a safe, hygienic manner.
  • Promptly clean any spillages and use appropriate safety signage.
  • Follow infection control policies and stay current with best practices.
  • Attend necessary training and refresher courses.
  • Build and maintain respectful relationships with residents.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience (essential)
  • Manual Handling and Patient Moving Certificates (training can be provided)
  • Completion of relevant HSELand training modules or willingness to complete
