Assistant General Manager

Your position is that of an Assistant General Manager and your duties include but are not limited to greeting and seating and dealing with customers, control, counting and reconciliation of turnover, the taking of reservations within the restaurant and the supervision of floor staff to ensure a proper level of service to the restaurant’s customers. You also act as the deputy to the General Manager and in the event that he/she is not present in the restaurant you will assume full responsibility for the running of the restaurant and supervision of all its staff.
