Role Overview


Kilkenny Design is seeking a highly organised, creative and proactive Marketing Executive to play a key role in bringing brand and retail campaigns to life across digital, social and in-store channels. Working at the heart of a fast-paced Marketing team, this role offers the opportunity to shape engaging customer experiences, support exciting brand activations and help deliver impactful omni-channel marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive commercial results. The role will report to the Senior Brand Manager.


Key Responsibilities


Manage the production of marketing content and campaign assets across digital, social and print channels

Support organic social media content creation, editing and scheduling

Support the Senior Brand Manager in briefing the design team on digital and retail assets

Coordinate marketing assets across retail, e-commerce and omni-channel platforms

Assist with the planning and execution of in-store events and brand activations

Liaise with brand partners regarding campaign assets, timelines and promotional activity

Coordinate and deliver production of in-store print materials and POS for campaigns and launches in a timely manner

Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively

Maintain campaign trackers, calendars and project documentation

Support budget tracking and invoice management across key marketing activities

Update presentation decks and reports for the Head of Marketing and Senior Brand Manager

Collaborate across omni-channel departments to support campaign execution and rollout

Support wider team social content initiatives, including occasional participation in campaign or retail-related content where required

Work cross-functionally to educate and guide wider team members on social media content creation

Maintain high brand standards and attention to detail throughout the asset sign-off process


Skills & Experience


Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing, brand or coordinator role

Retail or omni-channel experience preferred

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related field

Passionate about all things marketing and social media, with a strong awareness of trends and key consumer calendar moments

Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok

Ability to read analytics and edit video content within social platforms

Strong organisational and project management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with social media content production and marketing coordination

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and presentation development

Positive, collaborative, flexible and proactive approach to work

Personal Attributes

Organised and solutions-focused

Creative with strong commercial awareness

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
