Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Experience in managing calendars, coordinating travel, and processing expense reports.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting executive leadership.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a changing environment.
- Ability to work separately with minimal supervision, and be proactive, resourceful.

Responsibilities
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports and meeting organizational deadlines.
- Partner with your directors to help them scale themselves across their broader organization, often acting as their proxy.
- Act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, appropriately handling confidential information as necessary.
- Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events and activities.
- Collaborate with the global ABP team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects.
