Our Graduate Programme develops the future talent and leadership that will allow us to continue to achieve our mandate now and into the future.

When you join our Graduate Programme, your career and development will be our priority.

Over the course of our three-year programme, you'll experience diverse and unique work including contributing to policy development, regulating firms, supervising financial institutions, and supporting data analysis. You'll select one of three specialised streams depending on your interests and career aspirations, and participate in rotations that accelerate your development and enhance your technical and interpersonal skills through meaningful, challenging work.
