Finance Administrator (Summer / 3-Month Contract)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support the finance team over a 3-month period. This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or early-career individual with some prior finance or accounts experience.

The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Payable, basic audit support, and general back-office administration.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Support

· Assist with processing supplier invoices

· Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve basic queries

· Support supplier account maintenance

Audit Support

· Collect and organise supporting documentation for audit requests

· Assist the finance team in responding to audit queries

· Ensure documents are clearly filed and accessible

General Finance Support / Holiday Cover

· Provide administrative support across the finance function

· Assist with routine finance tasks

· Support inbox management and general queries

Master Data Administration

· Maintain supplier and customer records in finance systems

· Ensure data is accurate and up to date

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

· Some experience in a finance, accounts, or office-based role

· Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

· Good Excel and general IT skills

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Reliable and willing to learn

Ideal Candidate:

  • Finance or business student, recent graduate, or early-career professional
  • Previous exposure to accounts payable or finance administration beneficial
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid office environment

Location: [Limerick/ Hybrid]
Reporting to: Finance Director

Start Date: Immediate
