Sales Operations & Pricing Executive

Location: Ireland
Salary: €32,000
Start Date: July 2026

About the Role

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career with a global organisation?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and learning how commercial decisions are made. No previous experience is required—full training will be provided. You'll join a supportive team and gain exposure to pricing, sales operations and business decision-making from day one.

No previous experience required.

We are looking for graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy working with numbers, analysing data and making commercially sound decisions. Full training will be provided.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with a passion for numbers, data analysis, and commercial decision-making.

Working as part of a team that supports a national sales force of approximately 90 field-based sales representatives, you will play a key role in pricing analysis, margin protection, and commercial decision-making.

No previous industry experience is required. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, can think analytically, and is comfortable making decisions based on data and commercial guidelines.

This is a desk-based role where you'll spend much of your day analysing figures, reviewing pricing requests, and supporting the commercial performance of the business.

The Role - initially 3 month need with potential for long term.

The Sales Operations & Pricing team acts as the commercial gatekeeper for pricing decisions across the business.

While global pricing structures are established by the wider group, the local Sales Operations team is responsible for reviewing and approving pricing requests from the field sales team in line with margin requirements and commercial guidelines.

Sales representatives regularly submit requests seeking approval for customer-specific pricing. Your role will involve analysing these requests, reviewing profitability and margins, and ensuring pricing decisions support both customer needs and business objectives.

You will work with established systems, processes, and pricing frameworks while developing a strong understanding of commercial decision-making and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess pricing requests from the sales team.
  • Analyse margins, profitability, and commercial impact of pricing proposals.
  • Support the management of local pricing structures within company guidelines.
  • Work closely with approximately 90 field-based sales representatives.
  • Produce and analyse reports relating to pricing performance and sales activity.
  • Maintain accurate commercial data within company systems.
  • Ensure pricing decisions align with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Support wider sales operations and commercial projects as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, margins, and financial figures.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow guidelines while exercising sound commercial judgement.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
  • Good communication skills and the confidence to challenge requests when required.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working with data, reporting, or commercial analysis.
  • Interest in pricing, sales operations, or business analytics.

Who Will Succeed in This Role?

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Loves working with numbers and analysing data.
  • Enjoys making decisions based on facts and figures.
  • Has a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Is commercially minded and understands the importance of protecting margins.
  • Can confidently stand by decisions when they are supported by data.
  • Learns new systems and processes quickly.

What We Offer

  • Competitive starting salary of €32,000.
  • Full training and support.
  • Opportunity to develop valuable commercial and analytical skills.
  • Exposure to pricing strategy and business decision-making.
  • Career progression opportunities within a global organisation.
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial analysis, pricing, sales operations, business intelligence, or finance.

Pay: From €32,000.00 per year

  • On-site parking
