We are looking for an IT Graduate to join our growing team in ICM Navan. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. You will receive in house training working closely with onsite team.


The Graduate skills required are

A BS degree in Computer Science or IT related equivalent

Must be proficient in computer applications and windows software packages

Ability to solve problems in a timely manner

Good communication and organisation skills

A team player

Able to work under pressure as ICM is a fast-paced organisation

Take ownership of faults

Willing to travel to different sites for training purposes

Ability to think logically

A flair for technology and computing

Responsibilities would include:

Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks in the organisation

Install and configure computer systems

Diagnose hardware and software faults

Solve technical and application problems / trouble shooting

Providing technical support to all staff, factory staff and office staff

Talking to staff and teaching staff about new software/ applications

Able to respond to calls within an agreed time limit

Setting up new users accounts, emails and dealing with password issues

Replacing parts when needed

Providing support including procedural documentation and relevant reports

Proactively maintain knowledge of product/software updates

Be able to perform basic hardware, printer and workstation repairs
