GRAPHIC DESIGNER & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Role Description

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-driven Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. This hybrid role combines graphic design, digital marketing, and campaign coordination across a portfolio of leading golf and leisure brands.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Company Director's, you will work at the heart of our creative and commercial output — developing design assets, managing social media and email campaigns, and supporting automation and web design projects. It’s an opportunity to refine your craft, expand your digital expertise, and contribute to a fast growing, quality-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit high-quality visual materials for campaigns, events, and digital channels.
  • Manage content scheduling and publishing through social media platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite).
  • Develop and support email marketing campaigns using relevant platforms.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand standards and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Assist with paid social and Google Ads setup, monitoring, and optimisation.
  • Support website design and updates to improve UX and performance.
  • Help manage marketing automations and integrations (e.g. Zapier).
  • Maintain organised design archives and project files across clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on creative and digital projects.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a graphic design or digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of social media management and email marketing tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar.
  • Good working knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hrs per week) Permanent (6 months probation)
