If you're passionate about branding, digital marketing, content creation and business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As Group Marketing & Brand Manager, you'll lead the marketing strategy across the entire business portfolio, helping drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

You'll oversee everything from social media and content creation to digital marketing, websites, reputation management, local partnerships and promotional campaigns.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll ensure every brand has a strong identity while contributing to the continued growth of The Collective Hospitality Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Increase customer acquisition, retention and overall brand awareness.
  • Manage all social media platforms across the group.
  • Plan and deliver engaging content including photography, video, reels and campaigns.
  • Manage websites and ensure all content is accurate and up to date.
  • Improve SEO and online visibility across all brands.
  • Manage Google Business Profiles and online reputation.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally.
  • Create and manage annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional events.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, schools, clubs and community organisations.
  • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
  • Support corporate membership growth across our fitness businesses.
  • Analyse marketing performance and produce monthly reports with recommendations.
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends and customer insights.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in marketing, branding or digital marketing.
  • Creative, energetic and commercially focused.
  • A confident content creator with excellent copywriting skills.
  • Comfortable taking photos and creating video content for social media.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
  • Passionate about customer experience and brand development.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Data-driven and confident analysing campaign performance.
  • Experienced using social media platforms, Google Business Profile, Canva, Meta Business Suite and website content management systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing and paid advertising would be a distinct advantage.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing, brand or communications role.
  • Full clean driving licence and access to transport.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work across multiple sites.

Desirable

  • Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or Communications.
  • Experience within hospitality, retail, leisure or fitness industries.
  • Experience with photography, videography and content editing.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Opportunity to shape and grow multiple well-established brands.
  • Creative freedom to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Supportive and collaborative management team.
  • Career progression opportunities within a growing business.
  • Staff discounts across our hospitality and fitness businesses.
  • Free gym membership.
  • On-site parking.

If you're excited by the opportunity to build brands, create engaging marketing campaigns and make a real commercial impact within a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
