Door-to-doorThe Benefits: This is a commission-only role, which means your earnings are directly tied to your work ethic and resilience. However, we offer highly competitive structures and world-class perks to reward your success:

• High Earning Potential: Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of €33,000 – €45,000. Earning €2,500 is achievable with just 5 sales per month, and you will receive an extra €300 for every sale made after your first five. Top representatives average 9 sales a month, taking home around €4,200 monthly.

What the Role Expects from You Let's be honest: this is a door-to-door field sales role, and it is not for the faint-hearted. It requires immense resilience, self-motivation, and a positive mindset. We know the reality of the job: you might need to knock on 250 doors just to close 5 sales. You will face rejection, but you must be able to brush it off and move on to the next door with the same energy.

Your daily duties will include:

• Prospecting for new customers directly at their homes (door-to-door).
• Demonstrating the value of PhoneWatch's products and overcoming objections.
• Building a customer pipeline and arranging call-backs with potential customers.
• Working effectively under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Note: You must be 18 or over and have a clean criminal record to apply for this role. An expert level of English is also required.
