Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an ambitious HR Business Partner to join a growing and fast-paced organisation in Meath.

Key responsibilities:
- Partner with managers and business leaders to deliver effective people strategies.
- Provide HR advice and support across the employee life cycle.
- Support recruitment campaigns, workforce planning, and interview processes.
- Manage employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management processes.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
- Support learning and development initiatives and HR-related training programmes.
- Assist with performance review processes and employee development planning.
- Contribute to change management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support reward, payroll, bonus, and protected leave administration processes.
- Participate in a variety of HR projects and business improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role.
- Relevant third-level qualification, with CIPD qualification desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and support managers across different business functions.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
