HR Business Partner - Meath

Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an ambitious HR Business Partner to join a growing and fast-paced organisation in Meath.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers and business leaders to deliver effective people strategies.
  • Provide HR advice and support across the employee life cycle.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, workforce planning, and interview processes.
  • Manage employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management processes.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
  • Support learning and development initiatives and HR-related training programmes.
  • Assist with performance review processes and employee development planning.
  • Contribute to change management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support reward, payroll, bonus, and protected leave administration processes.
  • Participate in a variety of HR projects and business improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role.
  • Relevant third-level qualification, with CIPD qualification desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and support managers across different business functions.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
