About Us:
Lir Chocolates operates across two modern buildings in the Johnstown IDA Industrial Park, Navan (C15 CY05). The site has a proud history of producing award‑winning chocolates and holds a long‑standing partnership with Diageo, manufacturing the well‑known Baileys and Guinness chocolate ranges sold worldwide. With three main production lines and around 150 employees, our workforce can double in size during peak seasonal periods to meet demand. We use a variety of specialist techniques, including panning, one‑shot production, spinning, hand‑decorating, spraying, and transfer technologies. The factory has benefited from significant investment in recent years to support growing demand, and many of our packaging formats are unique and hand‑assembled, creating hands‑on, varied work across both sites.
Application & Interview Process:

Please apply directly through the job advert. You will be directed to complete a full application on the Lir Chocolates website, where you must answer all required questions and upload your CV. Current Fixed Term contracts are expected to run until around December 2026, but there will be possibility of extending them past this time depending on business requirement.

If you are selected, you will receive an email inviting you to book an interview time slot with a member of our team. Interviews take place on site, where you’ll meet us and answer a short series of questions about your experience and suitability.
