At The Beautique Spa, our intention with every treatment is to ensure that it is bespoke and individual to each and every guest. Our Award-winning Spa, which is renowned for our personalised treatments is now in a position to expand our wonderful team.

Our Hotel Spa is a warm & comforting sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Beautique facilities include five individually designed treatment rooms, an indoor swimming pool, steam room and outdoor Jacuzzi along with our intimate relaxation lounge.

Job Description;

To offer a 5 star guest journey

To conduct a thorough consultation with each guest & prescribe suitable treatments

To carry out 5 star treatments as per ELEMIS and GROUND Wellbeing protocol

To offer adequate home care advice & prescribe follow up treatments & products

To achieve retail targets (retail sales are recorded and incentives are in place for each target achieved)

To carry out stock rotation and be mindful and aware of stock usage

To maintain a professional & courteous manner at all times both to guests & to colleagues

Requirements;

  • CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC qualifications or similar
  • Previous ELEMIS training & knowledge is an advantage
  • Previous GROUND Wellbeing training & knowledge is an advantage
  • Must work well within a team and as an individual
  • Display excellent time management skills
  • Display excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working in a spa setting is an advantage
  • Exude a strong passion for the wellbeing industry
