Your new company
A well-established main contractor is seeking an M&E Coordinator to join their team on a major construction project in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile development while joining a business with a strong pipeline of work across Munster.

Your new role
You will be responsible for coordinating all mechanical and electrical services on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating M&E subcontractors and design teams
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical submissions
• Tracking M&E progress and resolving technical issues
• Attending coordination and site meetings
• Ensuring installations comply with project and safety requirements
• Supporting testing, commissioning and project handover

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or trade background in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Previous experience in an M&E Coordination, Building Services or MEP role
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work to project deadlines
• Good communication and organisational skills
