Your new role
As Contracts Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and documentation support to Contract Managers based in the US and Ireland. This is a 6-month assignment to cover a maternity leave and involves contract administration, audit and litigation documentation, and process coordination. The role is hybrid, with two fixed days per week in the Dublin office.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting contract life cycle activities and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Coordinating materials for audits and litigation.
  • Managing contract records and databases.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistency in processes.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives.
  • Handling routine tasks independently and escalating complex issues as needed.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Undergraduate degree and/or 1-3 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or contract support role.
  • Experience in contract administration or sectors such as US Healthcare, retail pharmacy, or Pharmacy Benefit Management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce CLM, Adobe Sign, and redlining software.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
