Your New Company

Your new organisaion is a leading contractor delivering large-scale mission-critical infrastructure across Ireland and Europe. Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced CSA Fit-Out Supervisors to join their flagship data centre project in Dublin.

The Role
This role will suit a professional manager with strong experience overseeing internal fit-out, architectural, structural and finishing packages on fast-paced commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical or data centre developments.You will play a key role in the driving programme, quality and safety standards while coordinating subcontractors and ensuring all works are delivered to the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) fit-out activities.
• Manage day-to-day site operations across architectural and finishing packages.
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades to ensure works are delivered safely and on programme.
• Monitor progress against construction schedules and workforce requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Lead site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify buildability issues and drive efficient project delivery.
• Manage snagging, defects and close-out activities.

What's They're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreman or management role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural fit-out, drylining, ceilings, flooring, internal finishes, cladding and structural packages.
• Experience working on data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial or large-scale commercial projects. Any internal finishing within the industry will be consdiered.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors in a live construction environment.
• Excellent understanding of construction quality standards and QA processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive approach to programme management and site coordination.
• Previous data centre experience desirable
• Trade background in carpentry desirable
