Full job description
Your new company
You'll be joining a well‑established financial services organisation that manages a wide range of banking operations. The team you'll work with handles important behind‑the‑scenes processes such as account services, payments, treasury operations, and general banking support. You'll be based on-site in Sandyford, working in a structured, supportive office environment where full training is provided.
Your new role
As a Banking Support Services Administrator, your main responsibility will be helping customers who decide they no longer want a new bank account they recently opened. You'll process Right to Withdraw (cooling‑off period) requests, close accounts, update records, and make sure everything is done correctly and on time. Most of your work will involve following clear procedures, completing admin tasks, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure each request is handled from start to finish.
What you'll need to succeed
To do well in this role, you'll need strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to follow set processes. You should be comfortable working with administrative tasks and keeping accurate records. Good communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude will help you succeed. Previous banking or operations experience is helpful but not required - full training is provided.
What you'll get in return
You'll gain hands‑on experience in the banking sector, making this a great entry point if you're looking to build a career in financial services. You'll receive full training, work with a supportive team, and develop valuable skills in banking operations and compliance. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, a structured work environment, and the possibility of contract extension based on performance and business needs.
