Head of Catering jobs

We are looking for people with Silver Service / Fine Dining Waiters or Head Waiter experience. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in catering and hospitality who can deliver excellent service in fast-paced, prestigious black-tie banquet dinner on September 29th in Cork City.

This is a high-end, formal event. Fine Dining Waiters will handle setup, service, and clear-down. The Head Waiter will lead the team and oversee service standards.

Shift times (both roles): Tuesday, Sept 29th from 14:00 - 00:00.

Fine Dining Waiter requirements:

Minimum 2 years' fine dining or 5-star banquet experience

Full table service, silver service, and clear-down

Fluent English and professional communication

Head Waiter requirements:

Proven supervisor or manager experience in fine dining

Ability to lead a team of 4 during a high-profile event

Confident briefing, floor management, and client liaison

Dress code (strict):

Black tie

Black closed-toe shoes

Black trousers

White long-sleeve buttoned shirt

Black waistcoat where appropriate
