Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare
Location: Office Based (9am – 5pm)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
About the Role
BHC Agency are looking for an ambitious, driven and relationship-focused 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Healthcare Recruitment team. This is a full recruitment lifecycle role, where you will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, sourcing high-quality healthcare professionals, and successfully placing candidates into permanent, contract and temporary positions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys business development, building long-term partnerships and working within a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and win new healthcare clients through proactive business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, private healthcare providers, community organisations and allied health services.
- Attend client meetings and negotiate recruitment agreements.
- Develop strategic recruitment partnerships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
Client Management
- Manage a portfolio of healthcare clients.
- Understand workforce planning and recruitment requirements.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain regular client contact.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Candidate Management
- Source healthcare professionals using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and database searches.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Match candidates to suitable opportunities.
- Manage offers, negotiations and onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Recruitment Process
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
- Write engaging job advertisements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare recruitment regulations and standards.
Compliance
- Verify professional registrations (e.g. NMBI, CORU, Medical Council where applicable).
- Complete Garda Vetting and Right to Work documentation.
- Ensure all candidate files meet compliance requirements.
- Maintain GDPR compliance at all times.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience in a 360 recruitment role.
- Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience using recruitment databases and CRM systems.
- Target driven with a passion for exceeding KPIs.
Desirable
- Knowledge of the Irish healthcare market.
- Understanding of HSE recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with NMBI, CORU, Garda Vetting and healthcare compliance.
- Existing healthcare client network.
