Full job description

We’re seeking a Corporate Mobile Receptionist to join our Rapport Network Team in Dublin. A dynamic group at the core of our operation.

This role is perfect for someone energetic, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll work across a variety of sites, gaining exposure to different teams, environments, and ways of working, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can think quickly on their feet. Full training on systems and procedures will be provided before you’re placed at any location, ensuring you feel confident and ready to shine.

The Network Team supports all roles across the Rapport portfolio and acts as our frontline heroes, stepping in for operational absences such as annual leave, training, sickness, and short‑term vacancies.

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 9 PM)

This is a mobile role, which requires flexibility to move within client contracts in and around Dublin.

Main responsibilities

  • Cover a variety of roles across the business, including receptionist, switchboard, concierge, floor coordinator, lobby host, and helpdesk.
  • Respond proactively to guest requests with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism, ensuring all needs are met promptly.
  • Handle all internal and external calls with confidence and a consistently high level of service.
  • Communicate clearly with other departments and service partners, fostering a strong “one team” approach to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Maintain a flexible, adaptable mindset when taking on ad‑hoc duties or adjusting to changes in shifts or locations.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Ideally bring at least one year of front‑of‑house experience from a luxury hotel, premium airline, high‑end retail, or corporate environment.
  • Have a warm, outgoing personality with strong professional etiquette, able to build rapport effortlessly with colleagues, clients, and VIPs.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a naturally vibrant, engaging presence.
  • Show the ability to adapt your style and approach to suit the culture and expectations of each site you support.
  • Demonstrate strong command of English, both written and spoken, with clear and confident communication.
  • Be creative, proactive, organised, detail‑driven, and process‑minded — a quick learner who brings resourcefulness and a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Stay calm and effective under pressure, responding proactively and intuitively to whatever the day brings.
