EHR Clinical Delivery Coordinator

Overview of role:
The Clinical Delivery Coordinator will support the successful delivery of the Cúram Electronic Health Record (EHR) Programme across UPMC Ireland. Reporting to the Clinical Stream Lead, the role will provide dedicated operational, governance, coordination, and administrative support across multiple clinical workstreams, ensuring programme activities are effectively planned, tracked, communicated, and progressed. As the programme progresses through design, build, testing, organisational readiness, implementation, Go-Live, and stabilisation phases, the Clinical Delivery Coordinator will act as a central coordination resource supporting Clinical Team Leads, Subject Matter Advisors (SMAs), programme stakeholders, and operational teams. The role will be responsible for coordinating workshops, maintaining programme trackers, supporting governance processes, managing follow-up actions, coordinating Policy, Procedure and Guideline (PPG) activities, supporting iTopics progression, and ensuri
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Clinical Delivery Coordinator will act as a central coordination function supporting all Clinical Team Leads and workstreams within the Cúram EHR Programme. The role will strengthen governance, improve visibility and accountability, reduce administrative burden, and ensure programme activities are proactively coordinated and progressed. By providing consistent operational support across the Clinical Stream, the role will enable Clinical Team Leads and senior clinical leadership to focus on strategic programme delivery, clinical transformation, organisational readiness, and successful implementation of MEDITECH Expanse across UPMC Ireland.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Qualifications

Diploma, or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Administration, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.

Experience in a programme coordination, project support, administrative, governance, or healthcare management role.
-
Experience coordinating meetings, actions, documentation, and stakeholder engagement activities.
-
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
-
Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting healthcare, digital transformation, EHR, or change programmes.

Knowledge of MEDITECH Expanse or other Electronic Health Record systems.

Experience working within healthcare operational or clinical environments.

Experience with project management methodologies and governance frameworks.

Experience using programme delivery tools such as Wrike, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.

Knowledge of organisational readiness, change management, and implementation methodologies.

Experience supporting governance forums, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Familiarity with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
