Job Description:
santryGP is looking for a Medical Receptionist / Administrator (preferably experienced) to join a leading GP practice in North Dublin. This is a great opportunity for someone who has already gained some experience in a healthcare setting and wants to further develop their career in a gp practice and within a great professional team environment.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a thorough and systematic manner, where attention to detail is important. You will require a positive attitude with a friendly, outgoing, helpful personality, excellent communication skills and customer service experience. Whilst training will be given, y*_ou must have experience*_ of working in a similar busy patient facing environment with relevant IT experience.
The role will involve scheduling appointments, handling patient queries on the phone, email or at reception in a friendly and professional manner. Monitoring the waiting room and directing patients within the clinic. Providing administration support to medical staff. Dealing with hospitals, pharmacies and outside agencies. Processing medical forms, medical results and maintaining accurate patient records.
Remuneration will depend on experience.
Pay: €16.00-€17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
