Full job description

Are You a Driven Recruiter Ready to Make a Real Difference in Healthcare?

We're looking for an experienced Temporary Staffing Recruitment Consultant to join our growing healthcare division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to take ownership of their desk, work with some of Ireland's leading healthcare providers, and earn what you're truly worth — with uncapped commission and the freedom to work fully remotely.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building lasting relationships, and have a passion for connecting the right people with the right roles, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle for temporary healthcare and medical placements
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare networks across Ireland
  • Proactively sourcing, screening, and placing candidates including nurses, healthcare assistants, allied health professionals, and support staff
  • Growing and managing your own client portfolio through business development and account management
  • Maintaining compliance standards specific to the healthcare sector (Garda vetting, immunisation records, professional registration, etc.)
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
  • Keeping up to date with healthcare sector trends, workforce demands, and staffing regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in temporary staffing recruitment — this is essential
  • A proven track record in healthcare or medical recruitment is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to business develop and win new clients, not just manage existing accounts
  • Strong understanding of temporary workforce compliance and the regulatory landscape in healthcare
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomously in a remote setting
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and digital sourcing tools

What's In It For You

  • Uncapped commission — your earnings are in your hands
  • Fully remote — work from anywhere in Ireland
  • Work with top-tier healthcare clients across the country
  • Clear progression pathways into senior and management roles
  • A supportive, experienced team culture with strong leadership backing
  • Autonomy to build and own your desk your way

Ready to Take the Next Step?

If you have the experience, the drive, and the ambition to excel in healthcare recruitment, we'd love to talk.

Apply now with your CV and a brief cover note telling us about your temporary staffing experience.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
