We are looking for an experienced, motivated and creative Kitchen Supervisor who loves cooking, leading from the front, and delivering outstanding quality food.

As Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Your creativity, organisational skills and ability to motivate and guide the team in a fast-paced environment are extremely important to us as our business continues to grow.

The right candidate will have a strong understanding of cost control, HACCP, due diligence, and kitchen compliance. You will be confident working under pressure, maintaining high standards, and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation across all services.

Our business is built on genuine hospitality. Guests visit us for our excellent food and coffee, and they return time and time again because of the warmth and professionalism of our team.

We are happy to offer both part-time and full-time roles, as our coffee business operates 7 days a week. The successful candidate must be able to work at pace, delivering our busy breakfast, brunch and lunch service, while also supporting menu development, training team members, and driving kitchen standards forward.
