Assistant Manager – Dublin Airport

KSG Catering is a leading provider of café, restaurant, and hospitality services to a broad range of clients and blue-chip companies. Our mission is to deliver excellence in food and service to enhance the daily culinary experiences of our customers.

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join the team at Dublin Airport. We are looking for professionals with experience in Food and Beverage, Coffee, and Hospitality.

**** Important: Dublin Airport Clearance ****

Please note that all employees working in Dublin Airport are required to obtain an airport access badge issued by the DAA. This involves background checks and a security clearance process that can take 6–8 weeks. Employment can only commence once clearance is successfully completed.

Role Details

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Rostered 5 days over 7, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Candidates must have full-time working rights in Ireland (minimum 37.5 hours/week)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating the bar team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Managing rosters and staff allocations to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Overseeing bar service, including quality control for drinks and presentation standards
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, conducting weekly stocktakes, and managing deliveries
  • Ensuring compliance with alcohol licensing laws, HACCP, and hygiene regulations
  • Handling cash, balancing tills, and completing daily cash sheets
  • Supporting the training and development of bar team members
  • Creating a friendly, welcoming environment for customers and staff alike
  • Addressing customer feedback professionally to maintain excellent service standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in bar management or as a supervisor in a busy hospitality environment
  • Proven knowledge of bar operations, including stock control and cash handling
  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • Knowledge of licensing laws and best practices in alcohol service
  • Passion for delivering top-quality customer experiences
