What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Experience working in a fast-moving, people-based operational role (schools, catering, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or similar).
  • Confident trainer/coach — able to teach processes clearly and patiently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Highly organised and comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
  • Problem-solver with a calm, practical approach.
  • Full valid driving licence and own car (mileage reimbursed for travel).
