Location: The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie, 34 Washington Street, Cork
Job Type: Flexible (Part-Time & Full-Time Available)
Start Date: Immediate or Flexible Start
Experience: 6 months experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!

Our award-winning rotisserie brasserie is known for incredible Irish produce, creative dishes, and unforgettable service. Located in the heart of Cork City on Washington Street, we’re proud to be the go-to spot for everything from brunch dates to celebrations.

We’re now looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Servers to join our floor team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’re passionate about hospitality and love working with people, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting and serving guests with warmth and efficiency
  • Managing Reservation
  • Optimising Cover capture
  • Creating manageable work flows for operations
  • Working as part of a tight-knit, supportive team
  • Supporting with side duties, cleaning, and setup/close-down tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly, upbeat personality and a love for great food and people
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service
  • Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential — we provide full training
  • Flexibility to work a mix of shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
