Full job description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 4-star hotel and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead all departments, maintain high service standards, drive profitability, and uphold the hotel’s reputation for quality, comfort, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Administration
- Ensure consistently high levels of guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards aligned with 4-star hotel expectations
- Manage budgets, control costs, monitor financial performance, and maximize revenue and profitability
- Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate hotel staff to maintain a high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and legal regulations
- Monitor property maintenance and ensure facilities are well-maintained and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive occupancy, events, and revenue growth
- Prepare regular management reports and performance reviews for ownership or senior management
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and local authorities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience, preferably in a 4-star or upscale hotel
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills
- Excellent guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
