Full job description
Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during overnight hours. You will ensure a warm welcome, assist with check-in and check-out, maintain public areas, prepare room service orders and carry out regular security and health & safety checks to uphold the highest standards of comfort and safety.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Guest Welcome & Assistance:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Provide a seamless and personalized check-in and check-out experience as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring satisfaction.
Room Service Duties:
- Prepare and deliver food and beverages for room service throughout the night.
- Ensure presentation and quality standards are upheld in every order.
Public Area Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas, including the lobby, corridors, and restrooms.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure high standards are consistently met.
Security & Safety:
- Perform scheduled security walks of the hotel premises.
- Carry out health & safety walks to identify and report any hazards or maintenance issues.
- Assist with emergency procedures and ensure guest safety at all times.
Operational Support:
- Assist other departments as needed, including Lounge/Bar, Breakfast, Accommodation and Concierge.
- Ensure nightly reports and handovers are completed for next shift.
About The Role
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic food and beverage preparation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Awareness of health & safety and security protocols.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to work on a fully flexible schedule at night
