Lead from the Front in a Vibrant Hospitality Environment

An Chúirt Hotel is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading by example, and supporting the smooth operation of a busy hotel bar.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, mentoring team members, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times.
  • Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standards.
  • Support the Bar Manager and Food & Beverage Management team in the daily operation of the bar.
  • Lead and motivate bar staff during service periods.
  • Assist with staff training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and hotel policies.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control procedures.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure the bar is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy bar or hotel environment.
  • Previous supervisory or senior bartender experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A positive attitude with a hands-on approach to service.
  • The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
