Receptionist – Full Time
Sheahan Group, Killarney, Co. Kerry

The Sheahan Group is looking for a warm, welcoming and organised Receptionist to join our office team in Killarney. You will be the first point of contact for guests and clients across our restaurants, pubs and hotels, so a friendly manner and a genuine love of looking after people are a must.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant departments
  • Taking smaller bookings for our restaurants, pubs and hotels
  • Managing lost and found items and following up with guests
  • Supporting our events team with preparation, including cutting out small frames and edible toppers
  • Delivering excellent customer care to every guest and caller

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of three years experience in reception (essential)
  • Passionate about customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and skill with Microsoft Office
  • A warm, welcoming and professional manner
  • Knowledge of Rezlynx systems (hotel and events) is ideal, but full training will be provided
