The Fitzwilton Hotel is looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join the Team on a 3 day week!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unique, memorable and personal experiences for our guests during the process of check-in, check-out, reservations, and will report directly to the Front Office Manager. You will have intuitive responsiveness to the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests.

About The Role
Job Purpose: The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unique, memorable and personal experiences for our guests during the process of check-in, check-out, reservations, and will report directly to the Front Office Manager. Receptionist Responsibilities & Job Requirements
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service, build strong relationships, anticipate and exceed the guests’ expectations
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check-in/out and complete audit procedures, as required
- Take ownership of guests’ issues and take action to resolve them immediately
Job Requirements:
- This is a Part-Time role @ 24 hours per week consisting of morning and evening shifts.
- Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication
- A natural ability to sell the Fitzwilton Hotel Experience
- Confident with a pleasant disposition and well-groomed
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Working on rotating shifts, including weekends
- Experience in front management systems (Hotsoft) desirable
