Full job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our hotel team. This role is key to delivering a high-quality dining experience, ensuring every guest receives friendly, efficient, and professional service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining excellent standards across all areas of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, friendly welcome and deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
  • Serve food and drinks in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Set up and maintain dining areas to a high standard, ensuring attention to detail at all times.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a smooth service flow.
  • Respond to guest requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and upsell menu items, specials, and hotel services where appropriate.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all service areas, both front and back of house.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage or hospitality role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends (Monday to Sunday).
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
  • Own transport and accommodation required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.15 per hour
