Main Responsibilities of the Role:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to all hotel departments, including rooms division, food and beverage, sales and marketing, finance, and administration.

Ensure that guests receive top-quality service and a positive experience during their stay. Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget, analyse financial data, and implement cost-control measures to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Manage the day to day operations of the hotel.
