Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Drivers must ensure customer orders are delivered at the designated time.
  • When required assist within the store and ensure that orders are picked on time ready for delivery.
  • When required assist within the store across any of the store departments and perform sales assistant duties.
  • At all times be courteous and friendly ensuring excellent Customer Service at all times.
  • To carry out best practice for your store and department.
  • Conduct your duties in accordance with food safety guidelines.
  • Conduct your duties using all safe systems of work.
  • To offer advice and product knowledge to customers.
  • To increase sales by promoting the products in the shop.
  • Fulfil other duties as business needs dictate.
  • Drivers must act as ambassadors for the brand at times whilst on duty, including whilst on the road and at the customers home.
  • Drivers must be flexible to be rostered in other stores outside of their base store where the business requires.

Ideally you should have or be able to demonstrate:

  • Full clean B class driving license for two years minimum is essential.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Team Player
  • Experience driving a vehicle similar to a Ford transit or larger.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal English is essential).
  • Previous Retail Sales experience would be beneficial.

Fully flexible to work any day Monday to Sunday and any shift between 6am and 11pm.
