Day to Day

The HR Compliance team ensures adherence to employment laws and regulations across all Indeed locations globally. Partnering closely with HR and Legal, the HR Compliance Analyst will monitor evolving employment law obligations across EMEA, assess their impact, and develop action plans to maintain compliance. This role also supports policy reviews and development, audits, and process improvements to mitigate compliance risks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and research employment legislation, regulations, and industry compliance standards.
• Track and oversee the implementation of legal requirements, conducting spot checks to ensure compliance.
• Conduct audits of HR practices and documentation to identify compliance gaps and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and initiatives.
• Support HR teams with research and projects as needed.

Skills/Competencies

• 5+ years of HR compliance experience with a proven ability to navigate employment laws across many jurisdictions.
• Exceptional research skills to track legal updates and assess impact.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience conducting audits to identify compliance risks.
• Ability to develop action plans and administer policy updates.
• Highly organized, and able to manage many projects autonomously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-team partnership.

Salary Range Transparency

Dublin 62,000 - 83,000 EUR per year
