Full job description

Join a dynamic team in Kilkenny. You will run the IT function day to day infrastructure, service delivery, and the internal helpdesk while keeping security standards front and centre. You'll manage third-party vendors and their contracts, own core cyber hygiene (patching, access control, endpoint protection, backups), and play a key part in maintaining ISO 27001 compliance and audit readiness

What You'll Bring

  • A strong background in IT operations, infrastructure, or service delivery, with experience leading and developing support teams
  • Practical knowledge of cybersecurity governance and the disciplines that keep a business secure and audit-ready
  • Confidence managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional relationships
  • A dependable, hands-on approach to keeping systems available and users supported
  • A relevant degree and certifications such as ITIL, Security+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus
