Position: IT Support (Graduate)

Reporting to: IT Manager

Overview:

We are looking for an IT Support role to monitor and maintain our internal computer systems and networks and to work with the IT Manager to troubleshoot and fix any hardware and software issues that may occur.

Role and Responsibilities:

The IT Support role will assist the IT Manager with the daily tasks. The main responsibility is monitoring and maintaining our internal computer systems and networks, our email system and our phone system. He or she will log the issues in our system and liaise with our 3rd party support companies to fix them. The IT Support role will also take the role of the Data Protection Lead for our company. The DPL will monitor our company’s GDPR compliance and will keep the documentation up-to-date. The role will start with on-site training, transitioning to hybrid work.

· Providing remote / onsite support and project services to business users (ConnectWise)

· Troubleshooting and fixing network, computer and other hardware issues (Cisco Meraki routers, switches, AP’s; printers, scanners, etc.). Active Directory; VPN’s

· Microsoft Windows Server 2016-2022; Windows 10 & 11; VMs (Hyper-V, VMware)

· Office 365 administration (CoreView)

· End user device purchasing, configuration, support and troubleshooting

· ERP systems (Epicor ERP, Dynamics 365) is a plus; programming languages are also a plus

· Power BI, Power Automate; basic AI knowledge

Attributes Required:

· Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

· Ability to take ownership of issues / tasks and follow through without supervision

· Ability to manage a budget and manage IT related projects

· Ability to work as part of a team with strong customer service focus
