The HR Company, B2E Ltd, specialists in Employment Law is one of the most dynamic growing companies in its sector. We are seeking to hire a HR Advisor to join our team.

We provide Employment Law Advice and HR Compliance to SME’s, over the phone and on email. The service is a remote HR department on call! The role is very varied and hugely interesting. The successful candidate will support a number of SME’s to ensure they are fully HR complaint at all times.

Role Requirements:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date advice on Irish employment law our SME clients via phone and email.
  • Support clients in maintaining HR compliance by reviewing and updating their HR policies, contracts of employment, and employee handbooks.
  • Advise on a wide range of employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, and absence management.
  • Guide clients through organisational changes, including redundancies, restructuring, and other strategic HR matters.
  • Deliver pragmatic solutions to client-specific challenges, ensuring practical application of HR best practices.
  • Keep abreast of changes in Irish employment law and proactively communicate implications to clients.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects such as workplace investigations, audits, and policy creation.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by demonstrating a thorough understanding of their business needs.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and accurate records of client interactions and advice provided.

Competencies Required:

  • Ability to convey complex employment law and HR concepts clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Strong listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Persuasive and empathetic communication to build trust with clients.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients remotely.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and demonstrate credibility as an HR expert.
  • Analytical thinking to assess situations, identify potential risks, and offer practical, legally sound solutions.
  • Confidence in making decisions and guiding clients through sensitive or challenging situations.
  • Ability to handle a diverse range of client challenges and industries with agility.
  • Open to learning and adapting to changes in employment law and client-specific needs.
  • Willingness to work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, resolve complex cases, and provide seamless client service.

Qualifications:

  • 3rd level qualification
  • Keen interest in employment law and progressing this as a career
  • Excellent communication particularly telephone and email skills
  • Be extremely motivated, competitive and outgoing
  • Extremely customer service oriented
  • Fully IT proficient
  • Attention to detail is key in this role where there is no scope for error
  • Confidentially is key
  • Work extremely well as part of a team

Pay: €36,000.00-€39,000.00 per year
