Full job description

MCR Group is now hiring a Concierge / Security Officer for a brand-new, high-end residential building located in Blackrock.

  • Saturday 13:00-22:00
  • Sunday 15:00-23:00

Requirements:

  • Valid PSA Security Licence (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in security, concierge, or front-of-house roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily operations
  • Basic IT skills (emails, logging systems – full training provided)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front desk reception and welcoming residents, staff, and visitors
  • Daily building inspections to ensure cleanliness, order, and safety
  • Responding to resident queries via email and phone (with support from Property Managers)
  • Logging maintenance issues and coordinating with contractors
  • Monitoring contractor activity on-site
  • Conducting regular patrols and managing security incidents or emergencies
  • Maintaining accurate records of daily activity, patrols, and incidents
  • Managing visitor and contractor ID checks, maintaining visitor logs
  • Scheduling meeting rooms and supporting general building operations
  • Providing light administrative support to the Property Management team
