Full job description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated caretaker and cleaner to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our tenants. You must be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and provide a high standard of service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties across assigned spaces and work with management to ensure you prioritise areas for improvement
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues
  • Work independently and take initiative to complete tasks to a high standard
  • Respond to tenant requests and feedback professionally, ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the building and tenants
  • Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly
  • Support additional caretaking duties as required

Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning or caretaking roles (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
