Swaad Finest Indian Cuisine (Hari Bhog Caters Ltd) is a well-established full-service restaurant in Dublin, known for serving high-quality authentic Indian cuisine.
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for a skilled chef with a passion for Indian cooking and the ability to maintain high standards in a busy restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes to a high standard
- Plan and assist with daily menus
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Take responsibility during busy service periods and handle kitchen challenges efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef or Chef de Partie
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
- Good teamwork and leadership skills
- Relevant references required
Pay: Up to €19.07 per hour
