We are a growing restaurant group with a chain of diverse cuisine restaurants across Dublin . One of our key offerings is authentic Indian cuisine, prepared with traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients. We are currently seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team and bring rich, flavourful dishes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori specialties, biryanis, and regional delicacies.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with regulations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training junior chefs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef, specialising in North and/or South Indian cuisine.
- Expertise in handling tandoor, spices, and traditional cooking methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, authentic Indian food.
