About Us:
Dosa Dosa is a fast-growing South Indian Cusine in Dublin, known for our vibrant flavors and authentic culinary experience. We're now hiring for our new Rialto , Dublin 8 location!

Role Overview:

We are looking for skilled and motivated Chef who has experinced in Indian Cusine can actively cook and work in our fast paced kitchens. You will be responsible for cooking, assembling menu items, maintaining quality standards, and keeping the kitchen organised. Full training on our menu and methods will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook Indian dishes according to our recipes and standards
  • Assist with preparation of ingredients (cutting, marination, batter prep, etc.)
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely (tawa, fryer, grill, dosa station, etc.)
  • Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of dishes
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
  • Work efficiently during busy service hours
  • Support the team with general kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 year experience cooking in an Indian restaurant or kitchen
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn — full training will be provided

Pay: €36,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
