We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for a skilled chef with a passion for Indian cooking and the ability to maintain high standards in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes to a high standard
• Plan and assist with daily menus
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Take responsibility during busy service periods and handle kitchen challenges efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef or Chef de Partie
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
• Good teamwork and leadership skills
• Relevant references required

Pay: Up to €19.07 per hour
