Full job description

At least 2 years experience working in a restaurant. Candidate will be required to be skilled in Indian cuisine preparation, full knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, stock control and waste control.

cookedMust be skilled in the preparation of tandoor food using fresh ingredients and authentic cooking techniques. Maintaining food quality, hygiene and presentation standards, assisting with menu preparation, stock monitoring. Work under pressure delivering kebabs and breads in unison with other orders in kitchen. Should be fluent in english and good communicator within team environment. Work authorisation in Ireland required.
