Help shape how organisations adapt to the age of AI!
AI is transforming the way organisations operate, compete and create value. Yet successful adoption isn't just about technology. It requires a deep understanding of people, behaviour, culture, strategy and organisational change.
At The Dock, Accenture's global innovation and research hub, we're exploring the business, workforce and societal implications of AI and emerging technologies. We're looking for curious, commercially minded researchers to help turn complex questions into actionable insights that influence clients, business leaders and the future of work.
You'll work alongside researchers, strategists, designers and technologists to deliver high-impact research that shapes AI-enabled business models, transformation strategies and thought leadership.
What You'll Do:
-
Design and deliver research projects exploring the impact of AI on organisations, workforces, customers and society.
-
Apply qualitative, quantitative or mixed-method research approaches to uncover meaningful insights.
-
Analyse trends, data and evidence to identify opportunities, risks and strategic implications.
-
Translate research findings into compelling recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders.
-
Contribute to thought leadership, executive briefings and client engagements.
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across research, strategy, design and technology.
-
Help build Accenture's perspective on the future of organisations in an AI-driven world.
What We're Looking For:
We're interested in candidates from a range of research backgrounds, including:
-
Economics
-
Business or market research
-
Behavioural science
-
Organisational psychology
-
Sociology or anthropology
-
Innovation, strategy or future-of-work research
-
Public policy or related social sciences
You'll ideally bring:
-
Experience delivering research in business, organisational, customer, workforce or public-sector contexts.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
The ability to synthesise complex information into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
-
Interest in AI, emerging technologies and their impact on organisations and society.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
-
A collaborative mindset and curiosity about emerging trends and technologies.
Valuable Experience
We'd be particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
-
AI, digital transformation, workforce or organisational research.
-
Consulting, strategy, innovation or market research environments.
-
Client-facing projects and executive stakeholder engagement.
-
Thought leadership, insights publications or business development activities.
-
Mixed-method research, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches.
Why Join The Dock?
-
Work on some of the most important organisational and societal questions emerging from AI.
-
Collaborate with leading researchers, strategists, designers and technologists.
-
Influence client decisions, innovation strategies and future business models.
-
Access global networks, cutting-edge technology and a multidisciplinary research community.
-
Build a career at the intersection of AI, business strategy, organisational transformation and human behaviour.
