Post specific related information

The Residential Support Worker will provide person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities within a community residential setting in Tipperary Town. The role involves supporting residents to achieve maximum independence, maintain dignity and wellbeing, and participate fully in home and community life.

This is a part-time position comprising 103.5 hours over a 4-week roster cycle, split across two residential houses. Flexibility is required to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays as required by the service.

The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and will support the implementation of individualised care and support plans in line with HIQA standards and organisational policies. Relief shifts may also be available across additional residential services.
