Digital Marketing & Programme Coordinator (Erasmus+ Placement)

Capacity Ireland, in partnership with Squared Circle, is offering a unique, fully funded 3-month Erasmus+ professional work placement in the heart of Granada. What we provide (Fully Funded)

We remove the financial barriers to working abroad. Participants receive:

• Monthly Subsistence: €560 per month for living expenses.

The Role

You will split your time between creative digital marketing and supporting international students on their own Erasmus journeys.

Digital Marketing (80%):

• Content Creation: Produce engaging TikToks, Reels, and Instagram content for Squared Circle.
• Strategy: Develop and manage a structured social media content schedule.
• Design & Web: Assist with graphic design projects and website updates.
• Local Promotion: Research and promote local cultural events in Granada and Porto.

Programme Coordination (20%):

• Onboarding: Welcome new students and introduce them to host organisations.
• Student Support: Act as a local guide, helping students navigate medical or administrative tasks in Spanish.
• Community: Lead social activities and share local events to help students integrate.

Candidate Requirements

• Language: Intermediate Spanish (B1+) is essential.
• Tech: Must own a laptop and have WhatsApp installed.
• Skills: A passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Residency: You must currently reside in Ireland with a legal right to work there.

Digital Media - Creative Method for Social Media Marketing

All participants are required to enrol in the Level 5 Award in Digital Media (Creative Methods for Social Media Marketing), offered by Capacity Ireland, before starting their Erasmus+ mobility. The course runs alongside the placement and includes online learning, guided sessions and assignments to be completed throughout the three-month programme.

Participants will develop their digital marketing, content creation and creative communication skills through the vocational course and have the opportunity to apply what they learn in a real-world working environment at Squared Circle.

Please note: Enrolment in the vocational course before the start of the placement is mandatory. Participation in the course is an essential part of the Erasmus+ programme and must be completed alongside the work placement.

Eligibility (Please Read Carefully)

• Residency: You must have an Irish postal address and Irish bank account.
• Nationality Rule: Due to Erasmus+ regulations, Spanish passport holders/nationals cannot apply for a placement in Spain.
• Student Status: This is not open to full-time students or those seeking a "Year in Industry."
• Commitment: You must be available for the full 92-day duration (8 January – 8 April 2027).
