Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant – Newbridge

Full-Time | Permanent | Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission

Kitchen World is recruiting an experienced Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant to join our Newbridge showroom.

We are looking for a commercially minded individual who combines excellent design skills with a proven ability to sell. If you enjoy working with customers, creating great designs and closing sales, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and sell kitchens, utility rooms and wardrobes.
  • Manage the full customer journey, from initial consultation through to installation.
  • Prepare accurate, competitive and profitable quotations.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the showroom and installation teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in kitchen design or furniture/interiors sales.
  • A proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong design, technical and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills.
  • Organised, self-motivated and commercially focused.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Full working rights in Ireland.
