Full job description
The Interiors Group is seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced RIAI Registered Senior Architect or Interior Designer with strong design and technical skills, with proven success delivering projects across all stages of development and stakeholder management.
This opportunity requires previous experience managing projects in line with current building and planning regulations with a distinct preference given to Architects who have successfully delivered workplace fit-out projects.
The person will take responsibility for project delivery from inception through to handover and must have excellent client communication and presentation skills.
This is a great opportunity to join a young and dynamic team, as part of a growing Design & Build construction company offering an excellent package.
Preferred experience and skills:
- Architect or Interior Designer
- 5 Years Experience Min.
- Ambitious, talented with previous success leading and managing projects through each phase of development
- Previous experience on workplace fitout projects preferred
- Fully conversant with Irish Building regulations is essential
- Strong level of design and technical capability
- Proficiency in Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup required
- Excellent communication, presentation and client liaison skills
- Must hold an EU passport or valid work permit
