Post Summary: A skilled and passionate culinary role to support and assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and delivering exceptional dining experiences across all catering services on campus.
The ideal candidate will support the Head Chef in food preparation, staff supervision and training, stock management and maintaining the highest standards of quality , service and presentation.
Post status: Permanent Contract
Hours of Post: 39 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Executive 2 Salary Scale (€50,944 - €56,825 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
