Erasmus+ Internship – Entrepreneurship & Communications Assistant (Fully Funded, Granada, Spain)

Company: Capacity Ireland
Placement Host: UGR Emprendedora (University of Granada)
Location: Granada, Spain (near the Alhambra Beer Factory – hybrid: coworking space & remote)
Duration: Mid September – Mid December 2026 (approx. 3 months / 92 days)

About the Programme

Capacity Ireland is a community-based training provider offering high-quality training and international work experience opportunities.

We are offering fully funded Erasmus+ internships in Granada, Spain, open to applicants based in Ireland seeking valuable professional experience abroad.

This programme combines hands-on work experience with structured digital media training, making it ideal for those looking to build skills in communications, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Host Organisation: UGR Emprendedora

UGR Emprendedora is the entrepreneurship centre of the University of Granada. It supports innovation, startups, and entrepreneurial development through training, mentoring, and networking opportunities within a vibrant academic and business ecosystem.

Role: Entrepreneurship & Communications Assistant

This role offers a mix of event coordination, communications, and digital content creation within a dynamic startup-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and coordination of entrepreneurial events and activities
  • Assist with CRM systems and database management
  • Create and manage content for social media and communication channels
  • Support communication and outreach activities
  • Assist in managing coworking and event spaces
  • Attend and document events (including occasional evening events)
  • Participate in training sessions related to entrepreneurship and innovation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship, innovation or startups
  • Experience using social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with design/editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite or similar)
  • Interest in event planning and coordination
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
  • Willing to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to attend occasional evening events

What’s Included:

  • €140 per week subsistence allowance

Training Requirement

All participants must complete a mandatory Digital Media vocational course, which:

  • Continues throughout the placement

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must currently reside in Ireland
  • Must have an Irish address, bank account, and right to work in Ireland
  • Not open to full-time students or “year in industry” placements
  • Must be available for the full 92-day duration
