Idiro Analytics is looking for interns for our structured nine-month programme. Idiro is an analytics and artificial intelligence consultancy based in Dublin. We have been working for over twenty years with organisations in Ireland and abroad.

The internship offers a stipend: Months (1-3) €500 p/m / Months (4-6) €750 p/m / Months 7-9 €1500 p/m

The Role
The programme builds your technical and commercial skills step by step across three phases:

Phase 1 – Data Engineering and Foundations
Core data skills and cloud platforms. Emphasis on SQL, Python, data modelling, ETL/ELT concepts and Microsoft Fabric.

Phase 2 – Analytics, Reporting and Cloud Platforms
Building reporting solutions and gaining an understanding of enterprise data estates. Using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Azure for analytics and data architecture. Opportunity to work with OVHCloud, Hetzner and AWS.

Phase 3 – Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Generative AI
Applied AI, predictive modelling and modern AI architectures. Practical experience with RAG pipelines, AI solutions and agentic AI in cloud environments incl. building AI agents to automate processes.

Programme Details
Interns are assessed at the end of each phase. You will receive mentoring and structured training. A full-time position may be offered to interns who do well, though this is not guaranteed.

Who we are looking for
A technical degree is not required. The qualities that matter most to us are ambition, curiosity and a desire to learn. We are looking for people who are motivated, who learn quickly and who have excellent communication skills. People who are comfortable dealing with others, who work well as part of a team and who keep their composure under pressure. If you have experience working directly with customers or as part of a team, that is an advantage.

Primarily on site at Idiro's offices in Dublin, with some hybrid working permitted.
